With direct digital x-ray we get instantaneous results which can lead to a faster diagnosis so that we can get your horse treated and feeling better as quickly as possible. This can be very helpful when working with farriers to make sure your horse is being trimmed and shod appropriately in the cases of founder, navicular disease, club foot, and many others. With Digital Ultrasound we can get an accurate and fast image of a variety of soft-tissue structures. In the case of lameness, we get precise images of your horse’s tendons, ligaments, and joints. With reproduction we get accurate staging of your mare’s productive tract, pregnancy, and ovulation. We can even get images of your horse’s eyes and internal organs. Our unit is portable and can be used either at the clinic or in the field.
